5. Endometrial cancer. The clinical manifestation is irregular bleeding, with the amount of bleeding sometimes more and sometimes less. Non-menopausal women may have prolonged menstrual flow, and postmenopausal women will experience postmenopausal bleeding.

6. The clinical manifestation of senile vaginitis is that the vaginal discharge will increase and become light yellow in color. In severe cases, there will be bloody and purulent leucorrhea.
