What should a woman do if her palms sweat after giving birth?

Frequent sweating on the palms is a rather troublesome condition. There are many reasons leading to this condition. The most common reason is normal physiological reasons, which are very clear. So now I will introduce to you the reasons for frequent sweating on the palms. Only by knowing the reasons can you better deal with the situation of frequent sweating on the palms.

Hyperhidrosis of the hands is a fairly common functional local abnormal sweating with unknown cause. Because of its racial specificity, young people growing up in subtropical areas are particularly prone to this problem. The secretion of sweat glands is controlled by the sympathetic nervous system, and hyperhidrosis of the palms is caused by excessive tension of the sympathetic nervous system for unknown reasons, such as tension, excitement, stress or high temperatures in summer, which causes abnormally increased sweating of the palms.

In Taiwan, a survey of young people aged 10 to 30 showed an incidence rate of about 0.3%, which means that one in every three hundred young people suffers from quite obvious palm hyperhidrosis, regardless of gender, and the family history rate is as high as 13% (it is hereditary). Most people suffer from sweaty hands since childhood, and the condition becomes more serious during adolescence. Patients with hyperhidrosis of the hands are healthy and normal except for sweating of the hands. Most of them also have excessive sweating on the soles of the feet or under the armpits, and a few patients also have body odor.

Hyperhidrosis: Common symptoms include excessive sweating of the hands, armpits, feet, and head and face. They are all diseases caused by excessive secretion of sweat glands due to overexcitement of the sympathetic nerves. The sympathetic nervous system controls sweating throughout the body. Under normal circumstances, the sympathetic nervous system regulates body temperature by controlling sweating to dissipate heat. But in patients with hyperhidrosis, sweating is completely out of control. 12% of people have a genetic predisposition to this disease. It is a congenital disease.

Now everyone is very clear about the reason why sweaty palms occur, right? In fact, you don’t need to worry too much. You just need to pay more attention to it in normal times and develop better living habits and good eating habits. Otherwise, it will be very troublesome.
