What to use to treat athlete's foot during breastfeeding

Athlete's foot during breastfeeding is a common disease among mothers, but breastfeeding is a very important stage for babies and mothers. Therefore, it is recommended that breastfeeding mothers with athlete's foot should avoid taking medication as much as possible, and pay more attention to using methods to relieve athlete's foot during breastfeeding. Some of these methods may contain some drug ingredients, but new mothers should be assured that these drugs have little irritation and will not cause any effects on the baby.

1. During the breastfeeding period, athlete's foot should be treated by partially scrubbing with ichthyol cotton wool after washing feet every night. After three to five minutes, deiodine with 75% alcohol. Then wrap a dry cotton swab between your toes and sleep to keep the area dry. It lasts for seven to ten days. Athlete's foot is very likely to occur. You should pay attention to wipe it with ichthyol alcohol frequently, wash socks frequently, avoid wearing sneakers as much as possible, wear canvas shoes more often to keep your feet dry and not give fungi a chance to grow.

4. Soybean water treats athlete’s foot

150 grams of soybeans and 1 kg of water, simmer for about 20 minutes. When the temperature is suitable for washing feet, use the hot water to soak your feet. You can soak for a while. It is very effective in treating athlete's foot. It prevents feet from peeling and nourishes the skin. Generally, washing for three or four days in a row will be effective.

5. Fig leaves treat athlete’s foot

Take a few fig leaves and boil them for about 10 minutes. When the temperature is suitable, soak the affected feet for 10 minutes, twice a day. It usually heals in three to five days.

6. Rice vinegar to treat athlete’s foot

Patients with athlete's foot can use cotton wool soaked in white rice vinegar to apply to the acne, which can relieve itching and eliminate bacteria, and cause mild peeling. One application can last for more than ten days without recurrence, and you can apply it again if it occurs again.
