Acute endometritis is a very common gynecological disease. When it occurs, our main judgment should be based on the physical symptoms. So what kind of symptoms and manifestations will acute endometritis appear? How should we adjust and organize to prevent acute endometritis from becoming a more serious situation? Let me analyze it. What are the symptoms of endometritis? 1. Symptoms (1) Pelvic pain: Pain in the lower abdomen and lumbar pain during the menstrual interval. (2) Increased vaginal discharge is caused by increased secretion of endometrial glands. It is usually thin, watery, light yellow, and sometimes bloody. Senile endometritis presents as purulent leucorrhea, which often contains a small amount of blood. When there is pyometra, the discharge is purulent and has a foul odor. (3) Menorrhagia: Menstrual periods are regular but the amount of menstrual blood doubles and the bleeding period is significantly prolonged. Irregular bleeding is less common. (4) Dysmenorrhea is more common in nulliparous women, but severe dysmenorrhea is rare. It may be caused by excessive thickening of the endometrium, which hinders the normal degeneration and necrosis of the tissue and stimulates excessive spasmodic contractions of the uterus. 2. Physical signs In mild inflammation, no abnormalities may be found during bimanual examination. When there is pyometra, the uterus will be enlarged, spherical, soft and tender. Vaginal examination can reveal that the cervix is discharging bloody pus with a foul odor. The hazards of endometritis 1. Disruption of physiological laws: After suffering from endometritis, the patient will experience fever, fatigue, sweating, accelerated pulse, back pain and abdominal pain, increased leucorrhea, excessive menstrual bleeding, dysmenorrhea, pelvic pain and other symptoms. 2. Cause gynecological inflammation: When acute endometritis is severe, the endometrium will become congested and the uterus will feel tender. If it develops further, it will cause diseases such as myometritis, salpingitis and pelvic inflammatory disease. 3. Decreased libido: Patients with endometritis, in addition to increased vaginal secretions, may also experience symptoms such as low back pain and abdominal pain, which can cause a rapid decrease in the woman's sexual interest. 4. Female infertility: The uterus is where the fetus is nurtured. Endometritis can affect the regeneration, repair and normal contraction of the endometrium and lead to infertility. It is one of the main causes of female infertility. I believe that after the above analysis and understanding, everyone should have a very good understanding of the symptoms and manifestations of acute endometritis, and we can know that general lower abdominal pain, menstrual disorders, and decreased sexual desire in women may all be manifestations of acute endometritis and should be treated and analyzed as soon as possible. |
