What causes right uterine adnexal cyst?

Among the female internal reproductive organs, the fallopian tubes and ovaries are called uterine appendages. Female appendage ovaries refer to the fallopian tube ovaries and ovarian cysts. Most appendage ovaries refer to ovarian cysts. Women may develop ovarian cysts at any age, but most of them occur during the reproductive period. There are many reasons for female ovarian cysts. Next, let me give you a detailed introduction about the causes of uterine appendage ovaries.

The causes of uterine adnexal cysts are inflammation and endocrine disorders. Uterine adnexal cysts can be physiological (that is, they are normal and can disappear naturally with the changes in the menstrual cycle) or pathological (cysts formed due to disease). Physiological cysts do not require surgery, while pathological cysts are often rare diseases and are easily overlooked clinically.

It can be divided into congenital and acquired uterine cysts. The former originates from the mesonephric duct and paramesonephric duct, and mostly occurs in the posterior wall or fundus of the uterus; the latter are mostly secondary to benign diseases or develop from the interstitial cells of the serosa, including cystic degeneration of uterine fibroids, cystic adenomyoma, cervical retention cysts and uterine serosa cysts.

There are mainly two types of uterine cysts: cervical cysts and odontogenic cysts. Generally, there is pain at the cyst site. Odontogenic cysts are on both sides or one side of the uterus, while cervical cysts are on the cervix. They mainly affect the menstrual cycle and period, so they also affect pregnancy.

As a cyst, it is generally a relatively mild disease among space-occupying lesions. Because of its limited site of occurrence, it is often discovered by patients due to compression or pain. There are also cases without obvious symptoms. The treatment includes surgical resection and drug conditioning, which is determined according to different conditions. However, due to the lack of attention to preventing and controlling the deterioration of the lesion, it may be mistaken for a benign cyst or a malignant disease.

The editor reminds the majority of female patients that in normal times, if you find that you have some diseases in your body, you need to seek timely treatment, because these diseases may affect your normal health in the future. You must not ignore them in your life. Women with ovarian cysts can still recover with timely treatment. The editor wishes you a speedy recovery.
