Fallopian tube cystadenofibroma

Fallopian tube cystadenofibroma

Fallopian tube inflammation is common in daily life and usually leads to female infertility. However, fallopian tube tumors are relatively common, especially cystadenofibroma. Fallopian tube cystadenofibroma affects a woman's uterus and ovaries. Both the uterus and the ovaries are very important for women. As long as one of them is damaged, the other will be damaged successively, causing women to age faster.

There are two types of malignant cystadenofibroma of the fallopian tube: primary and secondary. The vast majority are secondary cancers, accounting for 80% to 90% of fallopian tube malignant tumors. Most of the primary lesions are located in the ovaries and uterine body, and can also be metastasized from the contralateral fallopian tube, cervical cancer, rectal cancer, breast cancer, etc. Mainly metastasizes through lymph nodes. Symptoms, signs, and treatment depend on the primary tumor. Prognosis is poor.

The average age of onset of fallopian tube cystadenofibroma is 55 years old, and most cases are between 45 and 60 years old, and are middle-aged women after menopause. The early symptoms are not obvious and difficult to detect. The most important manifestation in symptomatic patients is a large amount of vaginal discharge. The fluid may be yellow watery or light bloody. The discharge may be intermittent and may be accompanied by lower abdominal pain and back pain. Occasionally, the patient may have symptoms such as tenesmus, difficulty urinating or frequent urination.

In the early stages of fallopian tube cystadenofibroma, there may be symptoms of varying degrees of vaginal bleeding, which is usually accompanied by abnormal lower abdominal pain. Even if you know that you have fallopian tube cystadenofibroma, don't be discouraged and give up treatment. As long as you receive treatment, there is a chance of recovery. Once you give up treatment, there will be no recovery, because various tumors will not heal themselves, and delaying the condition will only make it worse.
