Causes of intrauterine fluid accumulation

Causes of intrauterine fluid accumulation

When I was doing a check-up during my pregnancy, there was also a pregnant woman who said she had fluid in her uterus and was communicating her condition with the doctor, saying that she was also pregnant. I was very worried. The doctor on the side explained that I should take some oral medications, eat less spicy food, pay attention to personal hygiene, and avoid too intense sexual intercourse, etc. While waiting in line, I just summarized what I heard, hoping that everyone can understand it.

1. Symptoms of uterine effusion

Uterine effusion is also known as intrauterine fluid. Uterine effusion is not common in clinical practice. Uterine effusion in patients of different ages may be caused by different reasons. Of course, uterine effusion is not common, but patients should not ignore its harm. Uterine effusion is also an important cause of female infertility and miscarriage.

2. Why do women get uterine effusion?

Uterine effusion is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the uterus, which is mostly caused by gynecological inflammation. When inflammation occurs, a slightly sticky fluid will exude from the swollen cells of the intimal tissue, and a cystic mass will slowly form when surrounded by tissues on all sides. It can be divided into physiological uterine effusion and pathological uterine effusion, so its causes can also be divided into two parts:

Causes of physiological uterine effusion: Since the pelvic cavity is the lower part of the abdominal cavity in the whole body, when there is exudate or leaked fluid, it will be drained into the pelvic cavity, thus forming uterine effusion. Physiological uterine effusion often occurs after women ovulate or in early pregnancy. It usually disappears naturally and generally does not require treatment.

3. Causes of pathological uterine effusion

Causes of pathological uterine effusion: Clinically, pathological uterine effusion is mostly caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis or endometriosis.

The causes of uterine effusion can be mainly divided into the following points: uterine bleeding; endometritis; adhesion and obstruction of the cervical canal; genital malformation.

Now you all know it! Unhygienic sexual life, bad hygiene habits, artificial abortion, nosocomial infection and other factors can lead to uterine effusion. Our female friends must pay attention to prevention and treatment in daily life. Once there is uterine effusion, if it is not treated in time, it will slowly grow in the uterus, reducing the implantation area of the fertilized egg and causing inability to get pregnant. Everyone must pay attention!
