How to treat menstrual disorders?

In today's fast-paced society, people are always busy running around for various things, especially women, who often easily neglect their own health over time. Because personal factors are most likely to cause menstrual disorders in women, there are many examples. Menstrual disorders in women are mostly caused by their own reasons. Menstruation is a time for women to detoxify regularly, which is beneficial to women's health. Let me explain what menstrual disorders are.

Menstrual disorders refer to a variety of diseases related to menstruation, including changes in the menstrual cycle, period, menstrual volume, menstrual color, and menstrual quality, as well as dysmenorrhea, amenorrhea, premenstrual syndrome, and other diseases characterized by certain symptoms that occur before and after the menstrual cycle.

Oligomenorrhea refers to a menstrual disorder in which the amount of menstrual blood is significantly less than normal, or even stops with a single drop, or the menstrual period lasts less than 2 days and the amount is less than 20mL. Scanty menstruation is a common gynecological disease and a manifestation of irregular menstruation. Delayed menstruation means that the patient's menstrual cycle is delayed by more than 7 days compared to normal, and it is also a common menstrual disorder. There are two main reasons for irregular menstruation:

1. It is caused by neuroendocrine dysfunction, mainly due to unstable or defective function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis, that is, menstrual disorder.

2. Caused by organic diseases or drugs, including local inflammation of the reproductive organs, tumors and developmental abnormalities, malnutrition, intracranial diseases, other endocrine dysfunctions such as thyroid and adrenal cortex dysfunction, diabetes, blood diseases, etc. Menstrual irregularities may occur in women who use psychiatric drugs, endocrine preparations, or intrauterine devices for contraception. In addition, some abnormal bleeding during pregnancy is often mistaken for menstrual irregularities.

In today's fast-paced society, women must take good care of their bodies, pay attention to their physical health, and not ignore it because they are busy with work. After all, money can be earned again, but health only comes once. Nothing is worth it if you are sick. Therefore, as a woman, you must take good care of your own health, especially during menstruation. Don't stay up late often, and you will gradually recover.
