Will a woman have her period if she doesn’t ovulate?

We know that not only is a healthy ovary a very important organ for the patient, but also a healthy egg that is smoothly discharged from the ovary is actually a very important issue for the patient. Some people not only have delayed ovulation, but even have symptoms of anovulation. So will menstruation come if there is no ovulation?

Menstruation can occur even without ovulation. As long as there is nothing wrong with the uterus. Everyone's ovulation period is different, and some people ovulate after half a year. But I still come here as usual. But after giving birth, some women start ovulating before their menstruation. Now there is an ovulation test strip, you can try it, it is used in a similar way to a pregnancy test strip.

How to monitor ovulation: 1. Body temperature monitoring. After waking up every morning, don't talk or move. Measure your temperature and record it. One menstrual period is a cycle. Plot the daily temperature into a curve graph and measure it for 5-6 cycles in a row. If ovulation does not occur, the body temperature will be unidirectional, that is, there will be no high temperature period (the body temperature will rise by 0.3~0.5 degrees after ovulation and fall back on the first day of menstruation). This method is simple, economical and easy to operate. The key is to persist.

2. B-ultrasound monitoring: start monitoring from the 10th day of menstruation until the discharge of follicles is observed. This method is intuitive and effective, but it will cost at least several hundred yuan for one cycle.

If ovulation is indeed not occurring, a systematic ovulation induction program should be adopted. That is, romifene + estradiol valerate + chorionic villus injection (before ovulation).

To sum up, even if a woman does not ovulate, her menstruation will still come. It can be seen that there is no direct relationship between ovulation and menstruation. Once the problem of anovulation has occurred, further examination at a regular hospital is necessary. You can go to a maternal and child health hospital.
