How to effectively treat leucorrhea with blood and fishy smell

If the leucorrhea is streaked with blood and has a fishy smell, you should consider the problem of cervical erosion. In clinical practice, many women are affected by cervical erosion. Therefore, we must pay special attention to the treatment and prevention of cervical erosion. Here we will introduce to you how to treat leucorrhea with blood and a fishy smell caused by cervical erosion.

This situation is considered to be cervical erosion.

There are many treatments for cervical erosion, which can be selected according to the degree of erosion. The main ones are as follows:

(1) Drug treatment: For those with small erosions and shallow inflammatory infiltration, the following drug treatment methods can be used: ① 10-20% silver nitrate: Apply topically once a week, 2-4 times as a course of treatment. ② Potassium permanganate: Apply topically after menstruation, and repeat the application once after 1-2 months. When using the above drugs, be careful to prevent burns to the surrounding vaginal wall, and pay attention to disinfection when using the drugs to prevent repeated infections.

(2) Physical therapy: used for cervical erosion with a large erosion area and deep inflammatory infiltration. ① Electric ironing: Use a special electric iron to burn the eroded surface tissue, causing it to necrotize and fall off, and it must reach a certain depth, so that the treatment effect is good. ② Cryotherapy: Use a special rapid freezing device to freeze, necrotize, and fall off the lesion tissue on the cervical erosion surface. The commonly used cryogen is liquid nitrogen, which can reduce the temperature of the freezing head of the freezer to -196 degrees Celsius and place it on the surface of the cervix to freeze the eroded tissue, necrotize, fall off, and regenerate new epithelial tissue. It can be cured in one treatment. Generally, there are no adverse reactions. A few patients have mild dizziness, lower abdominal pain, etc.

③Laser treatment: Carbon dioxide laser treatment device is often used. A special laser treatment head is used to irradiate the cervical erosion tissue, so that the erosion tissue is carbonized, indurated, and falls off, and new squamous epithelium grows again. Generally, it can be cured in one time. There is no special discomfort during the operation, and a few patients bleed when the induration is removed. ④KS instrument treatment: It uses special band light and heat treatment, which is painless and effective. In the process of treatment with the above methods, attention should be paid to the cleanliness of the vulva, and living, vaginal irrigation and sitting bathing are prohibited. Regular check-ups should also be conducted to observe the healing of the erosion surface.

When these diseases occur, female friends certainly cannot ignore treatment, because after all, such phenomena can cause serious harm to women's reproductive health. If treatment is neglected or medication is used blindly, it will bring more torture to women. The best way is to follow the doctor's treatment advice.
