Symptoms of vaginal allergy

The most common symptoms of vaginal allergies include itching, burning, and general discomfort. The vaginal area usually presents with swelling and may cause abnormal discharge. There are many causes of this condition, ranging from soap ingredients and health products to underwear made of polyester or polyester raw materials. In some cases, skin allergies may also be caused by the semen of sexual partners. Vaginal allergy symptoms usually begin to occur shortly after stimulation, and usually disappear on their own after the cause is found and use is stopped.

When vaginal allergy is suspected, most patients need to use enumeration to determine the source. Using odorless and low-allergen daily necessities such as handkerchiefs or sanitary napkins can reduce the possibility of skin allergies. In addition, women who are prone to vaginal allergies are best to wear cotton underwear with good breathability and avoid polyester and polyester composite materials.

Women are advised to use a mild, odorless, hypoallergenic vaginal cleanser. Thorough rinsing also helps prevent reactions. If symptoms persist, you can consult a doctor and use steroid creams or antihistamines to treat it.

Another potential source of risk is human protein. Women may be allergic to their partner's semen, which is made up of male sperm and fluid containing protein. This fluid can cause vaginal allergy symptoms, which usually occur within half an hour of sexual intercourse. Symptoms include redness, itching and burning. In addition, it may cause blistering, pain and swelling.

Diagnosis of this type of allergy usually involves the use of condoms during sexual intercourse. If no reaction occurs after putting on a condom, ejaculation is likely the culprit. Another way to diagnose is to have the woman touch her lover's semen to her skin and observe the reaction.

Allergies to semen can sometimes be severe and cause hives and angioedema. The itching can be intense, and you may also experience shortness of breath and a drop in blood pressure. Like any severe allergic reaction, severe vaginal allergies can be life-threatening.

The symptoms mentioned above may also be caused by infection. If allergic symptoms are not resolved after removing the abnormal irritant, other causes should be considered. Yeast likes to grow in warm and humid places, so women should pat the vaginal area dry before putting on underwear and take appropriate cleaning measures to maintain a normal bacterial balance.

Some symptoms associated with vaginal inflammation may also be a sign of more serious conditions. Fever and pelvic pain during sexual intercourse should be taken seriously and go to the hospital in time.
