What is the cause of bladder uterine pouch fluid

Vesicouterine pouch is a pouch formed in the peritoneal cavity between a woman's bladder and uterus. That is, there is a lump between the bladder and the uterus, and this lump is a tumor in most cases. Tumors can be benign or malignant. This can only be known after going to the hospital for diagnosis. This disease cannot be delayed and should be treated in time once discovered.

Two depressions are formed at the turning points between the bladder and uterus, and between the uterus and rectum, called the vesicouterine pouch and the rectouterine pouch, respectively. The latter is the lowest point of the female peritoneal cavity. Push the uterus forward to identify the slightly sagittal peritoneal fold that extends from the back of the cervix backward through the sides of the rectum to the front of the sacrum. It is called the rectouterine fold, and its deep surface is the sacrouterine ligament. Push the uterus backwards to identify the peritoneal fold that arcs from the front of the cervix forward through both sides of the bladder to the back of the pubic bone. This fold is called the vesicouterine fold, and its deep surface is the pubouretine ligament.

The peritoneum covering the anterior and posterior walls of the uterus extends to both sides to the side walls of the pelvis, forming a double layer of peritoneal folds, which are the broad ligament of the uterus. The upper edge of the uterus is free and contains the fallopian tube. Between the two layers of the base of the broad ligament of the uterus is the cardinal ligament of the uterus, which runs from the cervix to the side walls of the pelvis. Through the front layer of the broad ligament, the round ligament of the uterus can be seen running from the uterine horn to the front and outside to the abdominal ring of the inguinal canal. The ovary is located behind the broad ligament. The ovarian mesentery is connected to the posterior layer of the broad ligament. The lower end of the ovary is connected to the ipsilateral uterine horn through the proper ovarian ligament. The proper ovarian ligament is covered with peritoneum to form a peritoneal fold. Pay attention to the ovarian suspensory ligament that extends from the bifurcation of the common iliac vessels at the upper pelvic opening to the upper end of the ovary.

After getting this disease, in addition to cooperating with the doctor's daily treatment, you should also maintain a good attitude, not be overly pessimistic, keep your emotions stable, pay attention to rest, eat a reasonable diet, strengthen nutrition appropriately, develop good living habits, and pay attention to your physical hygiene. Generally, you will recover quickly.
