What to do if you feel nauseous and can't vomit during pregnancy

Generally, expectant mothers will experience dizziness, fatigue, heart palpitations, aversion to the smell of cooking fumes, anorexia and nausea in the early stages of pregnancy. This is something that every expectant mother will experience. However, these symptoms will gradually decrease as the pregnancy progresses, so there is no need to worry too much. However, some pregnant mothers will experience symptoms of nausea and retching during pregnancy, and cannot vomit. What is going on? Does being unable to vomit due to nausea have any adverse effects on the baby in the belly? Let us explain it to you below.

It will basically be like this in the first three months of pregnancy. Relax. If you really feel uncomfortable, you can go to the hospital for infusion. During this period, it is best to eat more fruits, vegetables and light, easily digestible foods, and eat small meals frequently. Rest after eating and try not to vomit. You can use 200 grams of fresh milk, 10 grams of ginger juice, and 20 grams of white sugar.

Mix fresh milk, ginger juice and sugar and bring to a boil. Usage: Take with warm water, twice a day.

Early pregnancy reaction refers to a series of reactions in the early stages of pregnancy (about six weeks after menstruation), which include an increase in human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG) in the pregnant woman's body, a decrease in gastric acid secretion and a prolonged gastric emptying time, leading to dizziness, fatigue, loss of appetite, preference for sour food or aversion to greasy food, nausea, and vomiting in the morning. These symptoms generally do not require special treatment. After 12 weeks of pregnancy, as the HCG level in the body decreases, the symptoms will disappear naturally and appetite will return to normal. But pregnant women should be reminded that not all vomiting is a reaction to early pregnancy. It is recommended to go to the hospital for a pregnancy test.

It is not easy for every pregnant mother. If you have symptoms of nausea and vomiting, you must remember to divert your attention, eat small meals frequently, remember to eat some fruits, don't be picky about food, relax yourself, and keep a regular schedule. The diet should also be lighter to avoid nausea and retching caused by heavy-tasting foods.
