Why is my aunt not allowed?

Many women have irregular menstruation, which can have a serious impact on their normal life and health. Therefore, women need to know what reasons will cause irregular menstruation. Only in this way can they effectively help themselves solve this problem and reduce the adverse effects and harm caused by some diseases. The following is an analysis of the reasons for irregular menstruation.

The average menstrual cycle for women is 28 to 30 days, but some people have their period every 40 days. But as long as there is regularity, it is normal. In addition, menstruation is easily affected by many factors, so it is normal to be 3 to 5 days earlier or later. If this menstrual cycle is 20 days, and the next one is 40 days, and this happens frequently, and some women even have menstruation that comes every 1-2 days, and then comes again every 1-2 days after more than 10 days, losing the periodicity, this is considered irregular menstruation. When a girl reaches her first menstruation, her ovaries have just developed and their functions are not yet perfect, so they may experience functional disorders and irregularities. This is not a pathological phenomenon. It is recommended that couples undergo eugenics examinations before pregnancy to rule out various factors that may affect conception. Menstrual irregularity refers to menstrual changes caused by various reasons, including early or late age of menarche, changes in cycle, period and menstrual volume. It is one of the most common symptoms of gynecological diseases.

There are two main reasons for irregular menstruation:

1. Caused by neuroendocrine dysfunction: mainly due to unstable or defective function of the hypothalamus-pituitary-ovarian axis, that is, menstrual disorder.

2. Caused by organic diseases or drugs, including local inflammation, tumors and developmental abnormalities, malnutrition of reproductive organs; intracranial diseases; other endocrine dysfunctions such as thyroid and adrenal cortex dysfunction, diabetes, Sheehan's disease, etc.; liver diseases; blood diseases, etc. Menstrual irregularities may occur in women who use drugs to treat mental illnesses, endocrine preparations, or intrauterine devices for contraception. In clinical diagnosis of neuroendocrine dysfunctional menstrual disorders, the above-mentioned organic causes must be excluded.

Through the above analysis, we will find that there are many reasons why women's menstruation is irregular. Therefore, when women face this situation, they certainly need a comprehensive understanding. Only when we know the real reason can we reduce the adverse effects on our body and health caused by irregular menstruation.
