One side of the fallopian tube is open but the other side is not open

How to treat blocked fallopian tubes? Blocked fallopian tubes may cause infertility. If one side of the fallopian tube is unobstructed and the other side is blocked, it is still possible to get pregnant. However, if both sides of the fallopian tubes are blocked, there is no chance of pregnancy, so you should pay attention to this situation. If the fallopian tubes are blocked, you can get pregnant through artificial insemination, but this method is somewhat difficult and costs a certain amount of money.

The method and effect of fallopian tube recanalization mainly depends on the degree, location, and nature of the blockage, and of course the patient's fertility status, age, requirements, etc. Traditionally, fallopian tube obstruction is treated by hysterosalpingography or hydrosalpingography. Hysterosalpingography has both an inspection and unblocking function. Most patients with mild adhesions of the fallopian tubes can have their tubes unblocked after one hysterosalpingography. Alternatively, some traditional Chinese medicine, physical therapy and other methods can be effective for some patients. However, for some patients with more severe adhesions, conservative treatment is obviously not enough and surgery is required. With the help of laparoscope, you can find the adhesion site through the TV screen and loosen it. If necessary, you can also reshape the fallopian tube to restore its cannulation. There are many reasons for fallopian tube obstruction, such as inflammation, blood stasis, weak constitution, kidney deficiency, liver depression and qi stagnation, etc. It is recommended to use traditional Chinese medicine (TCM) for treatment. TCM has a good effect on unblocking fallopian tubes. Find an experienced TCM doctor or TCM gynecologist to diagnose and treat with TCM.

Fallopian tube obstruction is mostly caused by infection, common bacterial infection, special pathogen infection, such as Mycoplasma tuberculosis, Chlamydia trachomatis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Mycoplasma hominis, protozoa, etc. According to the location, it is divided into proximal fallopian tube obstruction, mid-fallopian tube obstruction and distal fallopian tube obstruction. According to the degree of blockage, it is divided into incomplete fallopian tube obstruction and complete fallopian tube obstruction.

Generally speaking, there are no typical symptoms. The most common manifestation is infertility. The fallopian tubes have the important role of transporting sperm, taking in eggs and transporting fertilized eggs to the uterine cavity. Blockage of the fallopian tubes hinders the passage of sperm and fertilized eggs, leading to infertility or ectopic pregnancy. If the fallopian tube obstruction is caused by pelvic inflammation, it may be accompanied by lower abdominal pain, back pain, increased secretions, pain during sexual intercourse, etc.

If the fallopian tubes are blocked, if it can be treated, then you should get treatment. If you want to have a child, you must receive treatment. If it cannot be treated, there are other ways to get pregnant. Technology is so advanced now, so don't worry about this situation. It is recommended that you have a physical examination before getting married.
