Symptoms of one month pregnancy

Symptoms of one month pregnancy

It is a very happy thing for a woman to be pregnant. Many families who are expecting the birth of a baby will pay close attention to some reactions it brings after pregnancy, especially female friends who have just become pregnant. Therefore, many women want to know the physiological reactions or pregnancy reactions that the body should have at this stage when they are one month pregnant, so that they can prepare appropriate countermeasures.

In fact, the symptoms of one month of pregnancy are not particularly obvious, especially some pregnancy reactions, such as vomiting, etc. The biggest physiological symptom of one month of pregnancy is the cessation of menstruation, which represents the beginning of pregnancy.

Symptom 1 of one month pregnancy: mental fatigue.

Generally, one month into pregnancy, many women will feel tired, listless and want to sleep. But this period will not last too long and will pass quickly.

Symptom 2 of one month pregnancy: changes in appetite and early pregnancy reactions.

Most women begin to experience changes in appetite 1 to 2 weeks after their period. The food you used to like, you no longer like now, or the food you ate once, you no longer like the second time. Some women even feel like not wanting to eat or vomiting, while others crave sour foods. Some women may experience dizziness, fatigue, drowsiness, increased salivation, loss of appetite, nausea and vomiting when they are one month pregnant. These are called early pregnancy reactions. Changes in appetite and the duration and symptoms of early pregnancy reactions vary from person to person, but most will disappear on their own around 12 weeks into pregnancy. Folic acid should be taken daily in the early stages of pregnancy to prevent congenital neural tube defects in the fetus.

Symptom three of one month of pregnancy: frequent urination.

Frequent urination is one of the common symptoms women experience during the first month of pregnancy. Some women can urinate once an hour. This is a natural phenomenon and does not require treatment.

Symptom 4 of one month of pregnancy: changes in breasts.

During the first month of pregnancy, a woman's breasts will increase in size and become firmer and heavier. There will be a feeling of fullness and tingling in the breasts. The small particles on the dark yellow areola around the nipple are particularly prominent.

Symptom five of one month pregnancy: changes in basal body temperature.

Women who have the habit of measuring their basal body temperature can use this to find out if they are pregnant. A woman's normal basal body temperature presents a bidirectional curve, that is, it is lower before ovulation and higher after ovulation. If the menstrual period does not come due, the body temperature rises and does not drop, and remains for more than 18 days, it means that you are pregnant. This is the typical body temperature change during one month of pregnancy.

The above are all symptoms of one month of pregnancy. If you have stopped menstruating for more than two weeks and are accompanied by the above symptoms, you can basically be determined to be pregnant. If the pregnancy is confirmed, in order to ensure the development of your fetus, you need to eat more walnuts and red dates at this stage, especially walnuts, which are better for the fetal brain development.
