How to treat blisters on the vulva

Many female patients suffer from genital diseases, which seriously affect their physical health and also affect the happiness between patients and their spouses. Therefore, many patients do not know how to treat this problem to ensure their health. So how to treat blisters on the vulva? Let me introduce this issue to you below.

Vulvar itching is a very common symptom of gynecological diseases. The vulva is a particularly sensitive area. Various gynecological diseases and external stimuli can cause itching, making people unable to sleep or eat, and unable to sit or lie down. Vulvar itching often occurs on the clitoris and labia minora, and may also affect the labia majora, perineum and perianal area.

1 Causes

1. Chronic local irritation, irritation from abnormal secretions of vulva, vagina and cervix inflammation;

2. Unclean vulva and tight synthetic underwear, sanitary napkins, etc. lead to poor permeability;

3. Vulvar parasitic diseases, such as pubic lice, pinworms, scabies, etc.;

4. Various vulvar skin diseases and vulvar tumors, etc.;

5. Local vulvar symptoms of systemic diseases, such as diabetes, uremia, vitamin deficiency, etc.

2 Clinical manifestations

Vulvar itching often occurs on the clitoris and labia minora, and may also affect the labia majora, perineum and perianal area. Most of the attacks are paroxysmal and are usually worse at night. If the itching is severe, skin scratches may be seen.

3. Inspection

1. Examination of secretions;

2. Perform local tissue biopsy for pathological examination if necessary

4 Diagnosis

The diagnosis is made based on medical history, systemic and local examinations, laboratory tests of blood, urine, stool, and vaginal secretions, and necessary pathological examinations.

5 Treatment

1. Vulvar application

Use anti-itching lotions and creams, such as calamine lotion, diphenhydramine ointment, cortisol ointment, etc.

2. Local blockade or acupoint injection

Such as cortisol, vitamin B12, phenergan, etc.

3. Treat the cause.

The above is my opinion on this issue. Once female patients have the above problems, they need to ensure the cleanliness of their genitals. This will ensure the health of the patient and the success of treatment. If the patient's genitals are not clean, it will easily worsen the condition. Finally, I wish the patient a speedy recovery.
