How to exercise after cesarean section

How to exercise after cesarean section

Many women have problems during childbirth, so patients can choose to give birth by cesarean section, which can avoid dangerous situations for women and fetuses. However, women need to pay attention to many issues after cesarean section to recover their bodies. So how should they exercise after cesarean section? Let me introduce this issue to you below.

In the months after a cesarean section, you may develop hunched shoulders and a hunched back, subconsciously trying to "protect" your abdominal scar. In addition to these possibilities brought about by physical changes, if you still have many bad posture habits, they will become more serious during the period from pregnancy to delivery. Your upper back will round, and you'll experience discomfort and pain in your shoulders and back.

1. To strengthen the muscles of your chest and back and prevent your shoulders from becoming rounded, sit on a chair with your back straight, head up and chest out, raise your arms to the sides with your elbows bent at 90 degrees.

2. Keeping your arms at the proper angle, bend your forearms forward and place them directly in front of your face, as close to your face as possible, lift your elbows, and keep your shoulder blades tight. Repeat slowly 6 to 8 times, either sitting or standing.

Hold your baby safely

At least in the first three months after the baby is born, you must pay special attention when holding the baby to avoid back injuries or straining of wounds.

Always remember that, in general, when you get down on one knee and try to pick up your baby, you should get as close to your baby as possible, then lift him up and hold him tight. Tighten your abdominal muscles and keep your legs tense. This exercise is also suitable for when you take your baby out of the car when taking him out.

The above is my opinion on this issue. If the patient has the above problems, then the patient should receive timely treatment to ensure the patient's safety and health, and avoid dangerous situations caused by cesarean section. Finally, I wish the patient a speedy recovery.
