Introduction to the thickness of the fallopian tube

Introduction to the thickness of the fallopian tube

For women, the biggest difference between them and men is the difference in their reproductive organs, because women's reproductive organs are more complex and larger than men's. For example, the uterus and fallopian tubes are relatively large organs. Many women don't know much about their fallopian tubes. Because women don't pay enough attention to this organ, they would like to know more about how thick the fallopian tubes are. Let's introduce the fallopian tubes to women in response to this issue.

The fallopian tubes are a pair of slender and curved tubes located at the upper edge of the broad ligament of the uterus. The inner side is connected to the uterine horn, and the outer end is free and close to the ovary. The total length is 8-15cm.

Fallopian tube: According to its structure and function, it is divided into five parts from front to back:

① Infundibulum: There is the abdominal opening of the fallopian tube in the center, and the edges are thin and umbrella-shaped.

②The enlarged part or the protein secretory part is the longest and most curved part.

③ Isthmus: the narrowed part behind the dilatation.

④Uterine part - expanded into a sac-like shape with thicker walls.

⑤ Vaginal part - becomes thinner and curved into an "S" shape, with the rear end opening on the left side of the cloaca.

The fallopian tube (fallopian tube or oviduct) is tubular, one on each side, about 8 to 15 cm long. Each fallopian tube has two openings. The inner opening is in the uterine cavity at the uterine cornu, called the fallopian tube-uterus os, and the outer opening is in the abdominal cavity, called the fallopian tube-abdo-mind caVity os. It connects the abdominal cavity directly with the outside of the body through the abdominal opening.

From the above introduction, we can see that the fallopian tube is a relatively large organ and an indispensable organ for women. Only with the fallopian tube can women's sexual characteristics be more complete and enable women to achieve the purpose of giving birth to the next generation. Therefore, women must have some understanding of their reproductive organs, especially the concept of how thick the fallopian tube is.
