How to use a postpartum belly belt

There is no doubt that loving beauty is a girl’s nature. Even after becoming a mother, they still want to maintain a good figure. Being plump and sexy is probably the best thing. So what should mothers who have gained a lot of weight during pregnancy do if they want to lose weight and have a slimmer figure again? In order to solve the mothers' worries, let's take a look at some tips for losing weight during confinement.

The belly band used is breathable white gauze, 1200 cm long and 15 cm wide. It is the mother's own homework, because she does not wear clothes (first tie the belly band and then put on underwear), it is flat against the skin and easily sweaty, so each person needs to prepare 2 replacement functions: prevent internal organs from sagging (general abdominal corsets are not suitable), shrink the abdomen, and reduce the belly. Time to start binding: natural delivery - the second day after delivery; Caesarean section - the sixth day (use an abdominal corset within 5 days); miscarriage - the second day after surgery. Remove it daily and re-tie it time: remove it before three meals, tie it again and then eat; remove it before bathing and tie it again after bathing.

Tie it 24 hours a day for 2 weeks after delivery, and tie it again if it gets loose. After the 3rd week, tie it during the day and remove it at night. Cleaning method: wash with cold detergent, then rinse with clean water and dry. Do not use a washing machine as it is easy to wrinkle. How to tie and remove the belly band: Lie on your back or flat on your back with your knees raised and the soles of your feet flat on the bed. Try to make the thigh part above the knee at a right angle to the abdomen.

Lift the buttocks and place two cushions under the buttocks. Place both hands on the lower abdomen with the palms facing forward, massage the internal organs in the direction of the "heart", and tie it in two sections, from the pubic bone to the navel, for a total of 12 circles. The first 7 circles are overlapped and wrapped, and the "oblique fold" is required every 1 and a half circles (oblique fold means turning the front of the belly band to the back, and then continue to tie it, and the oblique fold is on both sides of the buttocks). Move up 2 cm for each circle of the last 5 circles, tie it up in a spiral shape, and finally cover the navel and fix it with a safety pin and insert the belt head. Each time, you need to tie 12 circles. If the waist circumference is larger, you need to use 3 belly bands connected into 2. If you are too thin, have prominent hip bones, and the belly band cannot stick to the belly, you must first put a towel on it before tying the belly band. When removing it, you must remove it while rolling it back into a solid circle for use.

After reading these tips, mothers may see hope that they can lose weight after giving birth and become young and beautiful mothers. By using a postpartum belly belt to lose weight, exercising hard and sticking to the diet, you can show off your figure confidently before and after childbirth, without feeling inferior, and create a beautiful and happy family. So please mothers stick to these little methods.
