How to treat facial pollen allergy?

My face is very sensitive and easily allergic, especially to pollen. When the flowers bloom, my face starts to become red and swollen, and many small red bumps appear. My face feels very painful and peeling, and sometimes it itches very badly. My whole face becomes a complete change, so I am particularly afraid of spring. Every spring, my skin becomes particularly bad, and I don’t know why I am not even allergic to pollen. If this happens, what treatment will be more effective?

In nature, pollen is a major allergen. When spring comes and flowers bloom, the trees most likely to cause pollen allergies are mostly seed trees, such as wolfberry, castor oil plant, Kochia scoparia, and sycamore. The pollen of these plants is large in quantity and small in size, and its content in the air is high, so it is easier to spread on windy days, so more people suffer from pollen allergies during spring outings. The symptoms of skin allergy due to pollen contact are erythema, papules, small scales, itching or burning sensation on the skin, which are mostly caused by skin contact with pollen in the wild and then exposure to sunlight. Symptoms of pollen allergy: constant sneezing, clear runny nose, vomiting, diarrhea, abdominal pain, severe itching of the skin, ears, conjunctiva, oral palate mucosa, etc., and clusters of wheals on the skin. In severe cases, asthma, difficulty breathing, and even shock may occur.

For facial symptoms caused by allergens, it is recommended to use cold compresses, which can have a calming and anti-itching effect. Then go to the hospital for allergen testing, and then undergo anti-itching, anti-allergic and desensitization treatments. After desensitization treatment, you will not be allergic when you encounter allergens again. During the treatment, do not use sunscreen, isolation cream, liquid foundation and the like, which will increase the burden on the skin! It is recommended to take precautions in advance: close doors and windows to reduce the entry of outdoor allergenic pollen, use air conditioning to filter the air, try not to go outdoors, and wear a mask if you have to go out; keep indoor air and furniture clean; take a shower before going to bed at night, etc.

Your condition may be caused by delicate facial skin, or because your body is sensitive to allergens such as pollen. You can take some medicines to treat allergies, which can also alleviate some of these conditions. If you are allergic to peanuts every year, you can get some vaccinations, or avoid places with too much pollen, which can also reduce some allergens. When washing your face, never use irritating items, you can use some light salt water.
