The early symptoms of purpura include varying degrees of purpura on the skin, accompanied by joint symptoms and gastrointestinal symptoms, and damage to kidney tissue.

1. Purpura: Most patients will have varying degrees of purpura symptoms, which often occur on the limbs and buttocks, and are symmetrical on both sides. In the early stages, the main manifestations are purple-red papules, which are significantly higher than the skin surface and will not fade when pressed. Itching symptoms may occur, but pain symptoms rarely occur.

2. Joint symptoms: Most people will also experience joint symptoms, mainly swelling of the lower limb joints, accompanied by limited mobility and varying degrees of pain during exercise. As the disease progresses, there may be serous effusion in the joint cavity, but generally there will be no bleeding symptoms.

3. Gastrointestinal symptoms: Purpura may cause abdominal pain, which is mainly located around the navel and lower abdomen. It may also be accompanied by nausea, vomiting and loss of appetite. In severe cases, it may also cause gastrointestinal bleeding.

4. Kidney damage: If the onset is rapid, it may cause kidney damage, which usually occurs within one month of onset and can cause symptoms such as hematuria or proteinuria.
