Causes of rectouterine effusion

The uterus is a great treasure in the female body. Keeping the uterus healthy will benefit female compatriots for life. Many professional women suddenly discovered during physical examinations that they had a disease called rectouterine effusion. In fact, there are many causes of this disease. Timely discovery and more prevention can help to maintain the health of women. Let us now learn about the causes of rectouterine effusion.

Causes

Rectal effusion is pelvic effusion. Pelvic effusion is divided into physiological and pathological. Physiological pelvic effusion mostly occurs in women after ovulation or in early pregnancy, and can disappear naturally without treatment. In clinical practice, pelvic effusion in most women is caused by inflammation, which is the presence of inflammatory exudate in the pelvis. If left untreated, it can grow slowly. When it is too large, it is difficult to eliminate it with drugs and surgical treatment is required. Pathological gynecological pelvic effusion is mostly caused by pelvic inflammatory disease, adnexitis or endometriosis. The causes of pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis are often related to the patient's bad hygiene habits, such as having sexual intercourse during menstruation, within one month after childbirth, taking a bath within one month after gynecological surgery, etc. Pelvic effusion is rarely caused by tuberculosis. If tuberculosis is suspected, anti-tuberculosis treatment should be given. Pelvic effusion often occurs in lower parts of the pelvic cavity, such as the rectouterine pouch. The medical history, symptoms and physical signs can be combined in detail to determine whether it is normal or abnormal effusion. If abnormal fluid accumulation is confirmed, abnormal pelvic effusion and pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis must be treated early, otherwise it will affect fertility. Draining the accumulated fluid is a means of Western medicine examination or symptomatic treatment and should not be done frequently. Because simply draining the accumulated fluid will not only fail to cure pelvic effusion, but will also increase the amount of fluid accumulated. Pelvic effusion caused by acute or chronic pelvic inflammatory disease and adnexitis is often accompanied by lower abdominal pain (bilateral or unilateral), lumbosacral pain, low back pain, distending pain in the lower abdomen, heaviness, low back pain, etc. The patient feels very uncomfortable and should receive active treatment immediately until the effusion is absorbed and dissipated.

The above introduces the causes of the disease of rectouterine effusion. I believe everyone has a basic understanding of it. In daily life, we must develop good and healthy hygiene habits, keep our private parts clean, prevent inflammation and gynecological diseases, and be confident women.
