Introduction and treatment of chylosing blood

Introduction and treatment of chylosing blood

Chylorrhea is a common symptom in daily life. For this disease, there are different treatments for different degrees. During treatment, you must accurately understand your own situation, otherwise it will cause adverse consequences. For patients who do not know their own condition, they can go to the hospital to consult a doctor first. Next, I will introduce some treatment methods to you.

Introduction

1. If the plasma is milky white or turbid, it is chylomicronized blood, which means that the blood contains a high amount of fat.

2. Lipids are to the human body as gasoline is to a car, an important source of energy. Lipids are carried to various parts of the body via lipoproteins to provide energy needs or to be stored for future use.

3. There are many types of lipids, among which cholesterol and triglycerides are more familiar to the general public. Cholesterol is the most abundant steroid compound in the body. It is not only a component of cell membranes and lipoproteins, but can also synthesize bile acid and vitamin D. It is also a precursor of steroid hormones. Therefore, for most tissues, the supply of cholesterol and maintaining metabolic balance are very important.

4. The sources of steroids for the human body include synthesis in the body and intake from food. However, plant foods do not contain cholesterol, but plant sterols, which are not easily absorbed by the human body. If taken in excessive amounts, they will inhibit the absorption of cholesterol.

5. Triglycerides are the most abundant lipids in the human body, and most tissues can use the products of triglyceride decomposition to provide calories.

Treatment:

1. Control your weight and reach your ideal weight range.

2. Control the total calories of your diet and maintain a healthy weight.

3. Control fat intake and avoid high-fat foods.

4. Avoid consuming too much starchy food and limit the amount of rice to 2-3 bowls per day.

5. Reduce the intake of sweets. Sweets will stimulate the liver to synthesize triglycerides and aggravate chylosing.

6. Drink less commercially available sugary drinks.

7. Eat more soybeans and their products, such as soy milk, tofu, etc.

8. Eat at least 5 fruits and vegetables every day, aim for 9 fruits and vegetables, with each serving weighing about 100 grams.

9. Eat more foods high in water-soluble fiber.

10. Eat less foods with high saturated fatty acid content (sausages, salami, bacon, fatty meat, chicken feet).

11. Avoid drinking alcohol, because the heat generated by alcohol metabolism will turn into triglycerides (TG) if it cannot be consumed.

The above is some basic introduction to chylothorax. I hope those in need can refer to it and I hope it will be useful to you. The body is the capital of revolution. If we want to have better development, we must have a healthy body. Here I hope that all people can pay more attention to their health and be more responsible for their own bodies.
