Factors affecting low vaginal discharge

Factors affecting low vaginal discharge

Today we are going to talk about the problem of less vaginal secretions in women, especially the problem of dryness during sexual intercourse, because this problem not only affects the quality of sexual life of both parties, but also easily causes damage to the woman's vagina. At the same time, it may also affect the relationship between the two parties due to disharmony and bring a series of unfavorable factors. Therefore, this problem must attract our attention. What is going on?

First of all, vaginal dryness is due to the lack of sufficient sexual induction before intercourse, which has not yet aroused the female's sexual excitement. The female genital blood vessels have not expanded, the congestion is not sufficient, and the greater vestibular glands are not sufficiently excited, so they cannot secrete enough mucus to lubricate the vagina. At this time, when having sex, there will be a feeling of dryness and discomfort.

Secondly, negative psychological factors cause dryness and discomfort. For example, lack of psychological preparation for sex, worry and fear about pain during sex, dissatisfaction with the husband, and wrong understanding of sex can all cause a decrease in vaginal secretions, resulting in vaginal dryness.

Third, it is physiological factors. Any factors that can reduce estrogen levels and increase progesterone levels can cause vaginal dryness. For example, in menopausal women, ovarian function is low, estrogen levels are reduced, resulting in insufficient vaginal secretions. Another example is lactating women, whose estrogen levels are low, coupled with breastfeeding, taking care of babies, physical and mental fatigue, and reduced sexual interest, which can also cause vaginal dryness and discomfort. During ovulation, progesterone levels rise, and the vagina will also become dry.

Fourth, drug factors. Taking certain drugs, such as antihistamines, antihypertensive drugs, anticholine drugs, and sedatives, can also lead to insufficient vaginal secretions. Once the cause is found, the symptomatic treatment can be carried out. If you want to have harmonious sex, you must pay attention to sexual induction before sex.

Above we understand the factors that affect the low vaginal secretions in women. Therefore, in view of these factors, the role played by the man in the sexual life is also very critical. Sufficient induction and foreplay must be carried out. In addition, it is also very important to provide a warm, safe, comfortable and interesting environment. In short, as long as both parties can adjust their mentality and have a certain tacit understanding, the problem of vaginal dryness in women will definitely improve.
