Vaginal relaxation refers to the phenomenon that the tissue of the vaginal wall or the supporting ligaments of the pelvic cavity cannot maintain their original strict structure for some reason, just like the bags under the eyes or the loose forehead cortex of the elderly, and appear to sag.

Generally speaking, as people age, their skin ages, becomes dry, rough, and loses elasticity, which is a natural phenomenon and cannot be avoided.

As the saying goes, people grow old and their beauty fades. The female genitals are no exception. Due to marriage and childbirth, the vagina becomes loose. After the elastic fibers in the vagina break, the vaginal opening expands and the vaginal wall becomes brittle and thinner, which not only makes it easier for bacteria to invade, but also makes the vagina prone to organic damage during intercourse. Due to the rupture and atrophy of the elastic fiber network in the genitals, the sensitivity of the peripheral nerves in the genitals decreases and becomes dull, resulting in sexual indifference, pain during sexual intercourse and other conditions.

As I get older and have given birth more often, the vaginal wall becomes loose and there seems to be no way to fundamentally change it.

Regular exercise of the pelvic muscles can provide some relief, but there is no way to completely change the problem. Some people try to achieve this through medication, topical applications, or even surgery, but the results are often counterproductive, because most of the reasons are that the congenital structure is prone to relaxation. Once a woman has a miscarriage or childbirth, the vagina expands and the elasticity of the muscles deforms too much, causing the muscles to undergo plastic deformation like materials and cannot be reversed. Naturally, the elasticity of the vagina is significantly weakened. However, some women who have just entered middle age or are still younger may experience vaginal relaxation, which is unexpected. It is caused by prolapse and muscle relaxation due to high pressure in the lower abdomen caused by long-term heavy lifting or chronic coughing.

The elasticity of the vagina is determined by the rigidity of the elastic fibers and the magnitude of the external force applied.

The most important thing for vaginal relaxation is that the elastic fibers in vagina will be broken, which will damage the elastic fiber network in vagina and cause vaginal relaxation. However, the lower abdominal cavity is always affected by coughing and the load will reduce the rigidity due to material fatigue, so the elastic recovery will also deteriorate. Just like a steel wire is fine if it is bent once or twice, but it will become loose or even break if it is bent repeatedly. This is the concept of fatigue in material mechanics. The elastic fibers in the vagina will also become fatigued due to the traction of the abdominal muscles caused by long-term coughing.

Elastic fibers support the vaginal elastic network like springs and lock in moisture like a reservoir dam.

The elasticity, moisture and lubrication of the vagina all depend on the elastic fibers in the vaginal cells, which are the tight elements of women. So when you become a woman, you must avoid repeated strain during sexual intercourse, childbirth, etc. that may cause tearing of the vaginal wall, and you must also prevent frequent strenuous exercise, weight-bearing, and chronic long-term coughing that may cause fatigue of the vaginal elastic network material and a decrease in elasticity and inability to retract. You should know that vaginal relaxation is not only a matter of whether men are happy or not. More importantly, vaginal relaxation in women will make them feel empty and cause them to lose their sexual desire and pleasure. A loose vagina will also allow bacteria and toxins to remain, causing many gynecological inflammations.
