Three major reasons for anal prolapse in women

Three major reasons for anal prolapse in women

A middle-aged woman came to see a doctor because of severe rectal prolapse. When the doctor examined her, he found that her rectum protruded about 7 cm from her anus. Needless to say, this disease caused her pain and inconvenience. However, when the doctor asked about the cause of the disease, he discovered such a tragic history.

She was a worker. She had been unable to have sexual intercourse for many years after marriage (examination later confirmed that she had primary vaginismus), so her husband often beat and scolded her. Over the years, she was often covered with bruises. What was even more intolerable was that her husband often stripped her clothes and locked her in the yard to freeze or forced her to have anal sex, which eventually led to her developing this disease. Although she is finally divorced now, there are a few lessons to be learned from this:

1. Sexual Ignorance

Patients with sexual dysfunction like this are ashamed to seek medical treatment, or simply do not understand that this is a disease and should go to the hospital for treatment. On the one hand, they are sexually ignorant. They lack both basic sexual knowledge and the courage to seek medical treatment or help, so they silently endure severe physical and mental trauma for more than a decade. On the other hand, sex education and sex therapy are still extremely backward in our country. Due to the interference of the left, "sex" is always equated with "pornography", which causes so much and such serious sexual ignorance. Even if she finds a doctor, how many doctors have received sexual medicine training? In fact, the cure rate of vaginismus is the highest among all sexual dysfunctions. If the patient had a little more knowledge about sex, if our medical services were a little better, how could she have suffered so much, and how could we have turned against each other?

2. Marital violence

It is understood that the couple got married after falling in love, and they have a good foundation and a good relationship. However, due to the failure to properly handle and seek help when encountering sexual problems, the man mistakenly believes that his wife no longer loves him and has changed her mind, so she "intentionally" embarrasses him, resulting in the outbreak of abnormal patriarchal behavior and marital violence. These problems could have been mediated and resolved earlier through organizations such as the Women's Federation, but because the woman was too concerned about her reputation and was too ashamed to seek help from the outside world, she ended up enduring years of physical torture and mental trauma. This kind of cowardly, completely submissive, and humiliating female mentality is really unacceptable. Women should have the courage to stand up and defend their own interests and legal rights. Women's Federations at all levels have done a lot of work and are worthy of being the confidants of women. However, women must take the initiative to contact them. Otherwise, how can this kind of tightly covered up marital violence issue be exposed to the world?

3. Anal intercourse problems

Anal intercourse is also a type of human sexual behavior. In the past, it was considered a perverted sexual behavior and was often prohibited by law. But after the middle of this century, people's views on various sexual behaviors have changed greatly and adopted a more tolerant attitude. After the outbreak of AIDS, people began to be wary of it again. From the perspective of Western society, people generally recognize that this kind of sexual behavior is normal, but people rarely practice it frequently. Statistics show that more than half of men and women have had anal sex, but the vast majority do it occasionally, reflecting people's curiosity. Since the anal sphincter is very strong, insertion would be difficult; since the rectal mucosa is very fragile (not as strong as the vaginal epithelium), it is easily injured, making it easy for germs and viruses to enter the body, especially into the blood circulation. This is how AIDS is widely spread among gay men. Therefore, the disadvantages of anal sex far outweigh the temporary pleasure, and it is a sexual behavior that should never be encouraged. The man mentioned above is not addicted to this, but just an abnormal way to vent his sexual desire when it cannot be satisfied. But if he could seek treatment earlier, why would he resort to such a desperate measure?
