Women should never miss these three parts when taking a bath

Taking a bath is a simple thing for everyone, but how many people clean it properly? Women in particular should pay special attention. If you ignore and do not wash these three private parts, it is easy to get sick.

1. Private nipples

Women should wash their nipples frequently with warm water, but be careful to protect their breasts. Do not pull or rub the breasts and nipples hard. Instead, lift the breasts lightly with one hand and rub them lightly in a clockwise direction with the fingertips of the other hand.

If you are a pregnant woman, you can apply some olive oil after bathing to make the breast skin moisturized and resilient, so that it can withstand the baby's sucking after delivery. Otherwise, nipple cracks are likely to occur.

3 taboos for cleaning nipples

1. Don't take a bath with water that is too hot. Because this will burn the stratum corneum on the surface of the skin, making the skin drier, thinner and more loose.

2. Do not use direct water to flush the ligaments in the shoulder area. The position of the ligament is roughly the same as that of the bra strap, and it is the ligament that plays the role of lifting the breasts. Protecting the ligaments can prevent and delay sagging.

3. Rinse from bottom to top. Using a shower head to wash the breasts from bottom to top can help firm and lift the breasts! Bathing and massage can help with breast health

2. Private groin

When showering, you should rinse your groin with warm water and use the pads of two fingers to rub your groin from top to bottom. For obese people, they should open the folds and scrub carefully.

Cleaning method:

When cleaning, women can use their fingertips to gently rub from bottom to top and from left to right, and then rinse with warm water.

3. Private parts: armpits

The armpits are rich in sweat glands and have many wrinkles, which easily harbor dirt and grime.

Cleaning method:

When washing, you should raise your arms and use the fingertips or palms of your other hand to massage in circles to remove dirt and promote blood circulation. If your armpits have odor, you can try making your own talcum powder.

You can choose dried tangerine peel (that is, orange peel, you can also dry it after eating, but it must be very dry!), dried lemon peel (same as above), lavender, rose or chamomile, and grind them into fine powder (how fine it should be, you can refer to the finished products bought on the market, or grind it until it is not prickly, you can also use a grinder at home to grind it.)

After showering, gently pat your armpits to remove odor without clogging your pores.
