Fallopian tube tuberculosis in women of childbearing age often manifests as infertility, mild lower abdominal pain, and poor general condition such as low-grade fever, weight loss, and fatigue. Menstrual disorders are common symptoms. In the early stage, due to endometrial congestion and ulcers, there is often increased menstrual flow or prolonged menstruation. When the lesions involve the endometrium, there will be infrequent menstruation or even amenorrhea.

Some patients may experience increased vaginal discharge. If accompanied by peritoneal tuberculosis, abdominal examination may feel a kneading sensation; if accompanied by ascites, mobile dullness may be heard; if it is localized ascites, a cystic mass may be palpated.

Gynecological examination reveals thickening of the adnexal area or the presence of masses of varying sizes, which may be substantial cystic or cystic-solid. If the pelvic cavity is affected, large areas of hardened tissue can be felt, commonly known as "frozen pelvis". If secondary infection occurs, the abdominal pain will be more severe.
