Women's private health care should be alert to these problems

Only women themselves know whether their private parts are comfortable or not, so girls should pay more attention to their private parts and seek medical attention in time if there are some unusual changes or discomfort. If the following situations occur, you should be more vigilant.

Symptom 1: Lump

A lump in the pubic area may be a sign of folliculitis, clogged sebaceous glands, or a benign tumor, or rarely, vulvar cancer. If the lump does not disappear after 2 weeks, you should see a doctor immediately.

Symptom 2: Dark spots

Dark spots in your pubic area may be a sign of vulvar cancer. Vulvar cancer is a rare skin cancer that can be fatal if not treated early, but it is not incurable. As long as medical treatment is sought early, 90% of cases can be cured.

Vulvar cancer is more common in elderly women, with an average age of onset of 60-70 years old. However, with the increase in HPV infection in recent years, vulvar cancer has also occurred in young women. The most common symptom of vulvar cancer is the appearance of nodules or lumps on the vulva, which often form ulcers or cauliflower-like structures, accompanied by bleeding, infection and pain.

Symptom 3: Odor and itching

Odor and itching are likely signs of vaginal yeast infection or trichomoniasis. If you develop fungal vaginitis during pregnancy and do not receive prompt diagnosis and treatment, it may cause premature birth or affect the health of the fetus.

Symptom 4: White spots and dry skin

Small white spots appearing on the vulva and skin that is as dry as paper may be caused by vulvar psoriasis. This type of psoriasis is caused by endocrine imbalance. If not treated in time, it will cause labia atrophy.

When lumps, black spots, odors, small white spots, etc. appear, it is best to seek medical attention in time for diagnosis and treatment. Developing good living habits can effectively prevent private parts problems. Follow the following five points to regulate your daily behavior.

1. Clean and tidy

Keeping private parts clean is something that women absolutely have to do. Use colorless, odorless bath soap every day, rub bubbles in your hands, and then gently scrub the vulva with the bubbles. Our vagina has a self-cleaning function, so never flush your vagina yourself, as this will disrupt the internal acid-base balance.

2. Trim your body hair

The best way is to "cut". Hot wax and various depilatory creams can damage the skin in the V zone, causing unnecessary redness, swelling, and even bacterial infection. The wounds left accidentally when trimming body hair are equivalent to opening a convenient door for germs. For the health of Zone V, you can ask your loved one to do the gardening for you.

3. Keep moisturized

During sexual intercourse, penetration in a dry state can cause damage to the vagina. Even if the pain is very mild, the possibility of bacterial infection cannot be ignored.

4. Use condoms

The UTI enzyme protein in the body fluids of healthy men is the "murderer" of female urethritis. Condoms are not only used for "contraception", they can also isolate bacteria in semen and diseases from the skin of the opposite sex, such as herpes and papillomavirus, etc., which can be "covered" by condoms!

5. Tighten the muscles near the pelvis and PC muscles

You can do exercises to tighten the muscles near the pelvis and PC muscles on a regular basis. Use the strength and method of suppressing urination, maintain it for more than 2 seconds each time, three times a day, and persist for 15 days each month. This will not only keep the vagina tight, but also promote blood circulation in the vaginal wall and increase its sensitivity.
