In daily life, women also need to protect themselves well to avoid physical problems. This is especially true for women who have not given birth. Women are prone to some diseases. Serious diseases have a great impact on women's fertility. If not treated in time, it will also induce other diseases. So what is luteinization of follicles? Many people don't know much about this. Many people are not very clear about luteinization of follicles, so when problems arise or when they have characteristics, they do not understand it very well. Therefore, when abnormalities occur, it is necessary to have a good understanding of it. Characteristics of luteinized follicles: Luteinized unruptured menstruation syndrome is a special type of ovarian anovulatory menstruation. During the normal ovulation process, a dominant follicle in the ovary develops and matures, ruptures in the middle of the menstrual cycle, releases the egg, and forms a corpus luteum at the same time. A large amount of estrogen is secreted before ovulation, and a large amount of progesterone is secreted after ovulation. Under the action of estrogen and progesterone, the endometrium changes from the proliferative phase to the secretory phase; the cervical mucus changes from clear and transparent to thick and turbid; and the basal body temperature shows a biphasic characteristic. However, there are two characteristics in patients with luteinized unruptured syndrome: ① The follicles show signs of maturity, with peaks in estrogen and luteinizing hormone, but the mature follicles do not rupture or release eggs but continue to grow. ② A corpus luteum is formed in the unruptured follicle, which secretes progesterone to act on the cervix and endometrium; the basal body temperature is biphasic. During a normal menstrual cycle, the follicle undergoes many biochemical, physical, and structural changes, such as the follicle moving toward the cortical surface and protruding onto the surface of the ovary as it grows. The top of the protrusion becomes congested, the capillaries become embolic, the interstitium melts, the collagen fibers hydrolyze, and finally the egg cell matures and ruptures and is expelled. However, the occurrence mechanism of LUF is unclear. Some believe that it is related to follicular development, some believe that it is related to prostaglandins, and some believe that it is related to endometriosis. In addition, dysfunction or defects of local hydrolases, collagenases, and prostaglandins in the ovaries need to be ruled out. Li Nianzhen reported that administering anti-inflammatory drugs to rabbits before ovulation inhibited the changes in their ovulation process. Wailacb et al. used HMG-HCG combined with indomethacin to induce ovulation in macaques and found that the ovarian follicles did not rupture but continued to secrete progesterone. After the use of prostaglandins (PGF2), ovulation function was restored. LuF is also seen in menstrual cycles that induce ovulation. Through the above introduction, we have a good understanding of luteinization of follicles. When problems arise, timely treatment is also needed. If women want to have a healthy body, they must have good habits in their lifestyle, eat on time, sleep on time, and exercise moderately, so that they can improve themselves in all aspects. |
