The time to use early pregnancy test strips is about 14 days after sexual intercourse, and pregnancy can be detected from urine. The best time to take a pregnancy test is 18 days after the sperm and egg meet. It can be seen from this that in general, testing one month or 7-10 days after menopause is for more accurate results.
