Clinical manifestations of right adnexal cyst

The main type of right adnexal cyst is ovarian cyst. Ovarian cyst is a common benign tumor of the female reproductive organ and a common gynecological disease. It is mainly caused by malignant transformation and often occurs in women between the ages of 20 and 50. Generally, the main type of right adnexal cyst is a benign tumor, accompanied by lower abdominal pain and discomfort, increased leucorrhea, leucorrhea odor and menstrual disorders.

When ovarian cysts affect the production of hormones, they will cause some irregular vaginal bleeding, a lot of breathing difficulties and decreased appetite. There are also many clinical manifestations. In daily life, we must also pay attention to the right adnexal cysts. The symptoms of adnexal cysts include lower abdominal pain, lower abdominal discomfort, increased leucorrhea, yellow leucorrhea, leucorrhea odor, menstrual disorders, and usually there is a firm and painless swelling in the lower abdomen, and sometimes sexual intercourse can be painful.

When cysts interfere with hormone production, symptoms such as irregular vaginal bleeding or increased hair growth may occur. If the cyst twists, there will be severe abdominal pain, bloating, difficulty breathing, loss of appetite, nausea and fever. Larger cysts can put pressure on the area near the bladder, causing frequent urination and difficulty urinating. Especially when these symptoms are severe, bleeding is frequent and occur at the same time, women are more likely to develop ovarian cysts and the risk of malignant ovarian cancer is greater.

Clinical manifestations (1) Qi stagnation and blood stasis type: manifested by a lump on one or both sides of the lower abdomen. Small lumps usually have no obvious symptoms, while large lumps may cause palpitations, shortness of breath, back pain, lower abdominal pain, constipation, frequent and urgent urination, and petechiae on the tongue.

(2) Cold-dampness and stasis type: There is a lump in the abdomen. Edema of the lower limbs, fluid accumulation in the abdomen and chest, and poor appetite.

(3) Qi stagnation transforming into heat type: severe abdominal pain, bloating and nausea, fever and chills, depression, weakness and fatigue, increased vaginal discharge with a thick and fishy texture. The common characteristics of various types are that ovarian cysts are mostly unilateral, with intact capsules, mobility, smooth surface, no ascites, cystic, smooth cyst walls, uniform morphology, slow progression, and a long course of disease. Traditional medicine treats it by warming the middle and dispelling cold, regulating qi and transforming water, invigorating qi and nourishing blood, softening hard masses and removing blood stasis, and most of them have good effects.

Don’t be highly nervous, stressed, or depressed in life and emotions. Maintaining an optimistic mood and adequate sleep are also good helps in treating adnexal cysts.
