Yang Shengli , male, 42 years old, Han nationality, member of the Communist Party of China, doctor of medicine, associate professor, deputy chief physician of Union Hospital affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of Science and Technology. Member of the First Committee of Tumor Enterology of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, member of the Committee of Tumor Psychology of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association, and member of the First Committee of Neuroendocrine Tumors of the Chinese Anti-Cancer Association. He has presided over 13 scientific research projects and published more than 40 SCI papers, with 2 papers with an impact factor greater than 10 points and 15 papers with an impact factor greater than 5 points. His doctoral thesis was rated as an excellent doctoral thesis by the Chinese University of Hong Kong. In 2020, he won the second prize of Hubei Science and Technology Progress.

He started popular science writing in 2011 and published more than 60 popular science articles in newspapers and journals such as "Health News", "Health Guide", and "Family Medicine". He has published more than 100 works in multiple media such as Healthy China, Popular Science China, China Anti-Cancer Association, Healthy Hubei, Hubei Anti-Cancer Association, Sina, Yangtze River Daily, Wuhan Union Hospital official website, Toutiao, etc. In 2020, he formed a popular science team of more than 500 people and went to 29 universities and 16 primary and secondary schools to conduct popular science lectures, which received good social response.
