Is ovulation monitoring done by B-ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound?

Is ovulation monitoring done by B-ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound?

Ovulation testing is not unfamiliar to many women. Ovulation testing can check whether there are abnormalities in women's follicles. Ovulation testing can generally be done by B-ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound, and the effect of the test is the same. If the female follicles are not well developed, it will easily lead to infertility and other phenomena, which require timely adjustment.

Is ovulation detection done by B-ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound?

Follicle monitoring is generally a method for infertile women to continuously detect follicles. It uses B-ultrasound to observe whether follicles are developing in the uterus and the development of the follicles.

Cause Analysis

According to the analysis of clinical phenomena, many infertile women are caused by poor follicular development, so follicle monitoring is the first step for infertile women to become pregnant.

Suggested actions

1. If the follicles do not develop, you can use Chinese medicine to regulate your body.

Second, during the period of recuperation, you should maintain a good lifestyle and go to bed early and get up early.

Third, eat more light and healthy food, eat less spicy food and drink less alcohol.

You can use abdominal B-ultrasound or vaginal ultrasound to detect follicular development, and the effect is the same.

Follicle examination time

Generally, you can go to the hospital for an ultrasound around 10 days after your period to check whether the size of the follicle development is normal. If a dominant follicle is found, you will need to test it every other day.

Mature follicle size

The mature follicles are about 18-25mm. If the follicles are detected to be mature, ovulation will generally occur within 24 hours. It is recommended to do an ultrasound to check the follicles and ovulation.

Gynecological B-ultrasounds include vaginal B-ultrasounds and abdominal B-ultrasounds. Vaginal B-ultrasounds are done from inside the vagina, and abdominal B-ultrasounds are done on the female lower abdomen. Abdominal B-ultrasound is affected by the degree of bladder filling in women. If the bladder is not well filled, the abdominal B-ultrasound will not be clear. Vaginal B-ultrasound is not limited by this condition. Ovulation detection is to detect the size of follicles. Under normal circumstances, mature follicles are about 20mm. Such small follicles may not be easy to see if an abdominal B-ultrasound is performed, so ovulation detection is generally performed by vaginal B-ultrasound, because vaginal B-ultrasound is more accurate and such small follicles can be seen very clearly. Ovulation monitoring requires dynamic observation. At the beginning, the follicle may be only as small as 1 cm, and can only be seen clearly by transvaginal ultrasound.
