How to schedule artificial insemination treatment?

1. Weekly (half day or one day)

The couple went to the reproductive andrologist's and reproductive gynecologist's offices respectively, wrote medical records, and gradually completed relevant examinations.

Female examination:

1. Non-menstrual period examination (blood sampling, genital secretion examination, etc.);

2. Examination on the 2nd to 5th day of menstruation (basic endocrine and B-ultrasound examination).

Male examination:

Blood test and semen examination (semen examination requires abstinence for 2-7 days in advance).

If you are visiting for the first time, we recommend that you allow one day for your visit. If you have already had an initial consultation and are visiting again for further examination, you can allow half a day and please make sure to arrive at our hospital before 9 am. At the end of each visit, the doctor will inform you of the next visit time.

2. File creation (half day/1 day)

The couple should bring their ID cards, marriage certificates, and medical reports to the filing room and sign multiple informed consent forms. To ensure the smooth progress of the process, we recommend that you try to reserve one day. If you only have half a day, you must arrive at the hospital before 9:30 am or 2:30 pm to complete all matters in time. If you need to file on the weekend, please make an appointment with your attending physician to avoid affecting your normal work.

3. Follicle monitoring (1 hour/half day)

The monitoring frequency depends on individual differences of patients, and the number of follicle monitoring is about 5 times. Each monitoring process is expected to take about 1 hour. If follicle monitoring and blood drawing are required at the same time during menstruation or ovulation, it is recommended to complete the blood drawing test before 9:30 am, so as to ensure that the consultation is completed in the morning of the same day. Sisters who are in a hurry to go to work on weekdays can have their blood drawn at 8:00 am (the blood collection application form must be opened in advance).

IV. Artificial insemination surgery (half day)

On the day of the operation, the couple will bring their marriage certificates and original ID cards to the file creation room. The man will collect sperm as required. After waiting for about 1 hour, the woman can undergo artificial insemination (if the man has work arrangements, he can leave the hospital only after sperm collection).
