"This year, influenza is highly prevalent in the off-season. According to the residents' willingness and needs for vaccination, the community can still vaccinate against influenza." Flu vaccines are divided into trivalent and quadrivalent vaccines. The quadrivalent vaccine adds one more influenza subtype than the trivalent vaccine. "If there is a choice, the quadrivalent vaccine can be given priority. If the supply is in short supply, there is no need to refuse the trivalent vaccine in order to wait for the quadrivalent vaccine." Luan Ran introduced that the current self-paid quadrivalent vaccine price is 128 yuan per shot, the service fee is 25 yuan, and the total cost of vaccination is 153 yuan.

"This flu season, the number of people vaccinated with flu vaccines at our center is about 20% to 30% higher than in previous years," said Jin Lei, director of the preventive health care department at the Xueyuan Road Community Health Service Center in Haidian District. Since September last year, the total number of people who have received free flu vaccines and self-paid flu vaccines at the center has far exceeded the level of previous years. "To a certain extent, this reflects that people are paying more and more attention to the prevention and control of infectious diseases." Jin Lei said that at present, there is still a demand for flu vaccines, and the community is still providing vaccination services.

In addition, the Economic and Technological Development Zone also issued a notice recently to extend the influenza vaccination outpatient service to the end of March, and continue to carry out self-paid vaccinations through advance appointments.
