Steps (taking the removal of the left eye contact lens as an example)

Open your eyelids and make sure to hold them open : lift the upper eyelid with your left hand and pull down the lower eyelid with your right middle finger . The coordination between your eyes and hands is very important, as shown in the picture : gently touch the contact lens with your right index finger and do the following two actions at the same time (slide the lens to the ear with your index finger + turn your left eye to the nose). The advantage of this is that the contact lens is transferred to the bulbar conjunctiva without hurting the cornea. At the same time, due to the different curvatures, the contact lens will have obvious protrusions, which are easy to grab

It is so easy to remove : Use your right thumb and index finger to grab the protruding contact lens and you are done.
