Citrus aurantium and Bletilla striata porridge

Ingredients: 15 grams each of Citrus aurantium and Bletilla striata, 100 grams of glutinous rice, 5 dates, and 25 grams of honey.

First, fry the Citrus aurantium and Bletilla striata, take the juice and remove the residue, then add glutinous rice, jujube and honey and cook until the porridge is cooked.

Directions: Take 3 times a day, warm on an empty stomach, for 30 consecutive days.

This product can nourish the stomach, promote tissue regeneration, stop bleeding, promote qi circulation and relieve pain. It is suitable for treating pain and abdominal distension caused by gastric and duodenal ulcers, or upper gastrointestinal bleeding, pulmonary tuberculosis, and hemoptysis caused by bronchial dilatation.

Potato porridge

Ingredients: 250 grams of fresh potatoes (unpeeled), appropriate amount of honey.

Chop the potatoes, boil them in water until they become porridge-like, then add honey and mix well.

Usage: Take on an empty stomach every morning for half a month.

This product can relieve acute pain and is suitable for treating dull pain in the stomach.

Cabbage porridge

Ingredients: 500 grams of cabbage and 50 grams of japonica rice.

First, boil the cabbage in water for half an hour, then remove the cabbage and add the glutinous rice to cook porridge.

Directions: Take twice a day, warm.

This product has analgesic and ulcer healing effects on gastric and duodenal ulcers.

Cabbage Porridge

Ingredients: 500 grams of cabbage and 50 grams of japonica rice.

Preparation: Wash the cabbage, chop it and boil it for half an hour. Remove the cabbage and add rice to cook porridge.

Directions: Take twice a day, warm.

This product is suitable for acute pain in the stomach.

Cinnamon Porridge

Ingredients: 2-3 grams of cinnamon, 50-100 grams of polished rice, and appropriate amount of brown sugar.

Method: Fry cinnamon to obtain concentrated juice, remove the residue; then wash the polished rice, add water to cook porridge; after boiling, add cinnamon juice and brown sugar, and cook together to make porridge. Or add 1-2 grams of cinnamon powder to the porridge and cook together.

Usage: Take twice a day, generally for 3 to 5 consecutive days.

This product warms the middle and replenishes Yang, dispels cold and relieves pain. It is suitable for abdominal pain caused by deficiency and cold, decreased appetite, indigestion, loose stools and dysmenorrhea caused by deficiency and cold in women.
