The phenomenon of stretch marks peeling after delivery is mostly caused by the excessively dry temperature. Drinking more water on a daily basis can replenish the body's water. What to do if you have postpartum stretch marks?

1. Eat more foods rich in collagen fiber cells to improve skin elasticity, such as loach and freshwater fish.

2. Control sugar intake and eat less foods with high melanin content.

3. Drink two cups of low-fat milk every morning, noon and evening, and eat fiber-rich vegetables, fruits, and foods rich in vitamins and minerals to improve the permeability of cytoplasm and the metabolic function of the skin.

4. Vitamin E has anti-aging effects on the skin. Foods containing vitamin E include cabbage, sunflower oil, cooking oil, etc. Vitamin D and B2 are also essential substances for smooth, moisturized skin.

5. When the body lacks vitamin D, the skin will become dry, rough and flaky. Foods that lack vitamin D include protein foods, fish oil, milk, cream, eggs, and orange-red vegetables and fruits. If you lack vitamin B22, the corners of your mouth will turn white, your lips will crack, flake and pigment. Foods that lack vitamin B2 include liver, kidney, heart, eggs and milk.

6. Proper drinking habits will accelerate the elasticity of your skin. After waking up, you can drink a large glass of warm purified water, which can stimulate gastrointestinal motility and make the internal organs enter the working state; in the morning, it is very important to discharge body waste. If you are often troubled by constipation, why not add some salt to your water.
