Avoid infertility

Avoid infertility

In the past few years, the "child-seeking" issue of Hong Kong female stars has always been at the forefront of gossip news. Sometimes the couple's relationship is extremely discordant due to the long-term infertility, and sometimes the pregnancy news is verified to be groundless.

Such ups and downs of the "plot" made many fans of the film and television "excited" and "talked about it with relish". But for many expectant mothers who are preparing for pregnancy, such gossip news resonated strongly with them and made them sigh.

People who are prone to infertility

The increasingly serious trend of population aging in recent years is closely related to the increase in the number of infertile people. So, which groups of people are prone to infertility?

01 Those with a history of multiple miscarriages or uterine curettage

Too many abortions, at too young an age, or due to improper surgical operations by the doctor may cause damage to the reproductive organs, induce diseases such as pelvic infection, and lead to long-term complications such as infertility.

02 Women with high work pressure

Long-term work pressure and fast-paced life can cause serious endocrine disorders, which directly affect the implantation of the embryo in the uterus and ultimately affect the outcome of pregnancy. In addition, long-term anxiety, depression, fear and other negative emotional stimulation can be transmitted to the brain through nerves, affecting the function of the hypothalamus and pituitary gland, hindering the secretion of hormones and inhibiting the normal ovulation of the ovaries.

03 Those who postpone childbearing

Ten years ago, the average childbearing age of Chinese women was between 24 and 25 years old, but now it has been postponed to between 29 and 30 years old, and there are many women who are still not pregnant after the age of 30. For women, 25 to 29 years old is the best childbearing age. The probability of dystocia in older women is greatly increased, and the proportion of fetal malformations also increases significantly. Like men and women, their reproductive capacity decreases significantly with age. Men's fertility peaks at the age of 30, and after the age of 30, their reproductive capacity begins to decline year by year.

04 People with unhealthy lifestyles

Infertility is related to the lifestyle and pace of life of modern people: lack of sleep, emotional tension, irregular diet, lack of exercise, etc. In addition, food safety issues, environmental pollution, and radiation are all causes of infertility.

05 Male Factor

Don’t think that infertility is just a women’s problem, men are also responsible!

For men, the phenomenon of low sperm count and weak sperm count has also been on the rise in recent years. The testicles need an environment that is 1°C to 1.5°C lower than normal body temperature to produce sperm, and a warm environment will affect sperm production. In addition, the prostate and other accessory glands are chronically strained and congested, affecting fertility.
