2. Go outdoors often and increase the time of long-distance eye use. After a busy day, going out for a walk and looking into the distance is not only a relaxing and pleasant thing, but also can relax our eyes and get rid of the tense and tired state;

3. Adjust the light to ensure that the light environment conditions are appropriate. Unfavorable light environment factors such as too bright or too dark light, flickering light sources, etc. may bring extra burden to our eyes and cause visual fatigue. Therefore, it is best to use your eyes in an environment with moderate brightness, stable light source, and uniform distribution;

4. Use a hot towel to warm your eyes and promote blood flow around the eyes. Use a hot towel to warm your eyes in the morning and evening for more than a week. This will not only help promote blood flow around the eyes and accelerate recovery from eye fatigue, but also promote tear secretion and relieve dry eyes.

5. Have an eye examination to check for various eye health factors. Frequent visual fatigue may also be caused by some eye diseases. If you have tried the above methods and still cannot get relief, you may have to consider going to the hospital for a check-up.
