3. Low fever persists. After giving birth, a woman's body is actually very weak. If you find that you have a persistent low fever, hot hands and feet, and are often accompanied by insomnia, night sweats, dizziness, etc., this may be the adverse effect caused by deficiency of Qi and blood.

4. Severe hair loss. Postpartum hair loss is usually directly related to the body's female hormones. Generally, it can be improved a few months after giving birth. In addition, anxiety after childbirth and mental stress and anxiety may damage Qi and consume blood, and may also cause hair loss.

5. Maternal constipation. In fact, the deficiency of qi and blood after childbirth is directly related to the deficiency of qi and blood.
