What sauce tastes delicious?

Personally, I like to add coriander and chili peppers (fresh chili peppers are best) to make dipping sauces. Dipping sauces without chili peppers lack soul. You can also add sesame oil or sesame oil, minced garlic, and then pour in hot oil and stir.

If there is any dipping sauce that is particularly delicious, it must be garlic sauce. It can be called an all-purpose sauce. Homemade dipping sauce

Tahini Dipping Sauce

(1) Prepare ingredients: sesame paste, red fermented bean curd, chives, chili oil, salt, chicken essence, coriander. (Ready-made ingredients can be purchased in supermarkets)

(2) Wash and chop the coriander and place in a bowl for later use; pour a proper amount of sesame paste into a bowl, add red fermented bean curd, chives, salt, chicken essence according to the taste of the family, add cold water in small amounts several times and stir until it becomes thick, then add a proper amount of chili oil and sprinkle with chopped coriander. The sesame paste dipping sauce is ready.

Garlic Dip

(1) Prepare ingredients: garlic, salt, sesame oil, and chicken essence.

(2) Peel and wash the garlic, use a garlic press to mash the garlic cloves into garlic paste and put it into a bowl. Add appropriate amount of salt, chicken essence, and sesame oil, stir well, and the garlic paste dipping sauce is ready.

Red oil dipping sauce

(1) Prepare ingredients: appropriate amount of dried red chili powder, cooked sesame seeds, cooking oil, green onions, onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, celery, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, and peppercorns.

(2) Pour appropriate amount of chili powder and cooked sesame seeds into a bowl, add appropriate amount of cooking oil and mix well (adding cooking oil is to prevent the chili powder from being fried into a paste due to the high temperature when pouring hot oil); cut appropriate amount of scallions and onions into shreds, slice ginger, peel garlic, wash coriander and celery, drain water and cut into sections.

(3) Pour oil into a pan, add chopped green onions, onions, ginger, garlic, coriander, celery, bay leaves, cinnamon, star anise, and peppercorns when the oil is hot; fry the spices over low heat until they are browned, then remove from the pan. Heat the oil over high heat and pour small amounts over the chili powder and cooked sesame seeds several times, stirring evenly. Let cool and the chili oil is ready.

Barbecue Dipping Sauce

(1) Prepare ingredients: dried chili peppers, white sesame seeds, peanuts, salt, MSG, white sugar, perilla leaves, and cumin powder.

(2) Put appropriate amount of dried chili peppers, white sesame seeds, peanuts, and perilla leaves into a pot and fry until cooked and dry. Put them into a food processor, add appropriate amount of salt, MSG, white sugar, and cumin powder and stir into uniform particles. The barbecue dipping sauce is ready.

How long can the dip be kept?

Generally speaking, if you can’t finish the dipping sauce, you can store it in a sealed container in the refrigerator, but the storage time should not be too long. It is best to eat it within three days.
