It is reasonable to build a subway when GDP and fiscal revenue catch up with two-thirds of that of Changzhou in the south.

Therefore, it is very difficult to cash out an investment in an apartment, and it is ridiculous to say that rent can offset monthly payments. Investing in an apartment is basically considered consumption rather than investment, unless you are able to afford to buy a floor and turn it into a hotel or B&B, or you can purchase a cost-effective apartment as an individual.
