Usually the "long side wall" of the balcony is the side with the window, so the bookshelf should be set up in a direction perpendicular to the desk (i.e. the short side wall). If you need a larger storage space, you can set up "full-body" bookcases from the ground to the ceiling on both sides of the balcony; if you want to place floor lamps or green plants, setting up a bookcase on one side can meet the needs on the other side.

2. A dressing table can be set up on the balcony
