5. Pour the ingredients in the pot into a clay pot, add star anise, cinnamon, tangerine peel and other seasonings, then add appropriate amount of oyster sauce and rock sugar, and pour in boiling water at the same time, the water should cover the beef brisket.

6. Cook over high heat until the water boils, then turn to low heat, add radish cubes, and simmer for 2 hours.

7. Cook until the radish is soft and the beef brisket is cooked through but still chewy.

2. Shredded Radish Pancake

The ingredients you need to prepare are: white radish, onion, flour, salt, cumin, and pepper.

Specific steps:

1. Peel and shred the white radish, soak it in a small amount of salt and water so that the water can be extracted as quickly as possible. Then drain the water and set aside.

2. Add salt, oil, chopped green onion and other seasonings to the shredded white radish and mix well.

3. Start preparing the dough. Use warm water to knead the dough, divide the dough into even small pieces, roll the dough flat with a rolling pin, and roll the dough repeatedly to make the skin as thin as possible without breaking.

4. Wrap the appropriate amount of fillings with dough and seal the opening tightly.

5. Turn on the fire to heat the pan, add appropriate amount of oil and salt, put the dough into the pan and fry it. Add appropriate amount of cumin powder and pepper powder to make the shredded radish cake more fragrant. Fry until both sides are browned and then you can eat it.
