The symptoms of early pregnancy reactions vary from person to person. Symptoms of early pregnancy reactions generally include nausea, vomiting, loss of appetite, dizziness, and constant sleepiness. Generally speaking, there will be no obvious symptoms in the first 30 days of pregnancy. Pregnancy can be detected through urine tests, blood tests, and ultrasound examinations. Generally, nausea and vomiting of pregnancy reactions will occur more than 40 days after menstruation.

If you experience nausea, vomiting, you should rest, drink plenty of warm water, eat less salt and sugar, eat small meals frequently, and take vitamin B6. If you have abdominal pain or vaginal bleeding at any time, go to the hospital for examination at any time, use pregnancy-preserving drugs according to the results of the examination, and relax and avoid fatigue.

At 30 days of pregnancy, because the embryo has not yet been produced, the test tube embryo is not stable yet, so there are several aspects that must be paid attention to:

First, you cannot have sexual intercourse, and you cannot have sexual intercourse during the three months of preparing for pregnancy, as this can easily lead to miscarriage or threatened abortion.

Second, pregnant women need to improve their own nutritional content and maintain a balanced daily nutritional intake. And insist on drinking a glass of milk every day.

Third, during the 30th week of pregnancy, you should be especially careful to avoid going to public places as much as possible to prevent respiratory infections caused by crowded places.
