Why does my stomach feel hard and tight at 35 weeks of pregnancy?

If your abdomen becomes tight and hard during the 35th week of pregnancy, it must be due to uterine contractions. If you only have one uterine contraction occasionally during the 35th week, it is not a big deal and does not require any special solution. From the 20th week of pregnancy, the uterus will contract irregularly, and you will feel hardening and tightness. You can pay attention to the hardening and tightness and the intervals between them. If it happens very regularly, every ten minutes or more, there is a problem and it may be a sign of labor. Drink several bowls of water, as false labor can sometimes be caused by dehydration.

Try relaxation exercises, or taking slow, deep breaths. Although this will not stop the false labor, it may help you deal with the uncomfortable feeling.
