Normal leucorrhea report

Normal leucorrhea report

For many women, the biggest worry is suffering from gynecological diseases. Vaginitis, pelvic inflammatory disease, endometritis... these are brain-wracking keywords. However, by conducting routine inspections of the purity of leucorrhea and having a certain understanding of women's physiological conditions, we can treat the symptoms and find a way to treat both the symptoms and the root causes, so that many patients can easily avoid annoying gynecological diseases.

What is the report of the routine examination of leucorrhea?

The leucorrhea routine examination report is a test report obtained after a leucorrhea routine examination was done in a regular hospital. The content mainly includes the following aspects: one is the cleanliness, that is, the cleanliness of leucorrhea is divided into four levels; two is squamous epithelial cells; three is white blood cell count; four is red blood cells; five is pus balls; six is fungal fungi; seven is candidal nature. Generally, under normal circumstances, the cleanliness level is Ⅰ or Ⅱ, and other project data show that there is no trichomonas, fungi, blood cells, BV (bacteria) is negative, and the number of white blood cells does not exceed 15/HP.

It should be noted that the presence of blood cells is generally due to an incomplete menstrual period; if the white blood cell count is too high, it indicates inflammation; the presence of squamous cells is normal and has little reference value; the absence of Trichomonas and fungi can rule out candidal vaginitis and candidal vaginitis; if other things are detected, they are also abnormal.

How to read the report of routine examination of leucorrhea

How to understand leucorrhea routine examination and examination report is very helpful for understanding your own symptoms. But many female friends don’t quite know how to read this order. First, look at the pH value. The normal pH value is around 4.5, but if you suffer from candidal or bacterial vaginitis, the pH value may exceed 5-6.

Secondly, look at the cleanliness of leucorrhea. This is divided into four degrees, 1-2 is normal, 3-4 is abnormal, indicating vaginal inflammation.

Again, look at mold and trichomonas. If the test report shows information, it means that you have been infected with Trichomonas or fungi, but this does not indicate the severity of the infection. If the message - is displayed, it means there is no infection.

Next, look at the amine experiment. It is a way to check for bacterial infection in the vagina. The diagnosis can be made based on a positive test result for amines in the secretions.

Finally, look at Gardnerella. Gardnerella is caused by many bacteria gathering around the squamous epithelial cells in the vagina, making its edges blurred. It is the most sensitive and specific clinical symptom of bacterial vaginal infection.
